Try Ebay. I've been looking for old Nintendo game systems, and have found that people are always selling the systems, or different parts of the systems like the controllers. Just make sure you read the product description, and the seller's rating, so that you don't get faulty products.

stores such as gamestop will NOT carry N64 accessories any more. so that theory is out the window. like it was said before, your best bet is ebay.
