It's Mcdonald's, it's a Double QPC, it's supposed to be cheesy and greasy. It wouldn't sell if it was good for you too.

It sounds too meaty and unhealthy.
I love the double double at In n Out. Their patties are small, so two is perfect.

Dont really care about grease but the dbl 1/4 lb is pretty damn good in my opinion
