I start it on day 5 and then my 10th day i go for my ultrasound. i was wondering the best time to take clomid.

It doesn't really matter but my pharmacist said take them at night so you can sleep through some of the side effects--like headaches, mood swings, and hot flashes.

I take it at night just because I find that the side effects are lessened. It is up to you and there is no "time" you should take it. If you are taking Pre-natals, I would take it with them so it's one less time a day you have to remember to take the pills. Good luck to you :)

I recently took Clomid for the first time, and I took it in the evening. No particular reason, other than I remember to take it with supper. I do know it's important to take it at the same time everyday.

I take it in the morning. It is easiest for me to remember to take it when I record my temperature.
According to the directions, it needs to be taken at the same time every day, but no particular time.
