I think it's because she's got money and fame, and people are jealous on both accounts. Also, the perception is that she has not earned her fame.

Because she has done absolutely nothing, (well except the whole sex tape incident) yet she's famous for being born into a rich family. She's a complete idiot and contributes nothing to society.

In my opinion she seems full of herself. She has never had to struggle for anything and was born with a silver spoon in her mouth. She flaunts around and acts better than everyone else and doesn't think twice about who she hurts.
