I downloaded a game from the interent call of duty 2 however it always asks me for the cd, is there a way to get around that?

Yes, however... (well, take a guess)

Get a CD Drive Emulator. It will emulate the CD. But you will be asked to copy the entire CD before use.

Or you could just decide not to give the CD to someone else, and keep it, and just use it....
