how do i delete my internet history so know one can ever find it?

Click Tools
Click Internet Options
Click Delete Files (And Offline Content)
Click Delete Cookies
Click Clear History
Click Apply
Click OK

Also Under the same Internet Options
Click the Programs Tab
Click Reset Web Settings
