Hate to break it to ya, but sound waves omit at the same decibel pitch, and pretty much all humans will be able to hear the same pitches at every range. So, don't think there are any ringtones that adults won't hear. Besides, what is so secretive that you're trying to hide anyway?

Yes, there is such a ringtone. The first hearing that is lost is extreme high pitched sounds. You don't have to have abused your hearing. It just happens as you get older.

I'm sorry that I can't be of more help to you, but adults and children have the same sense of hearing. There's nothing that we can't hear and children can hear (unless said adult has ruined his hearing by listening to loud music as a child).
