An ex-friend. Back in kindergarten, me and my current bff were inseparable. And we didn't want anybody in our group besides us. So there was this girl who we were sort of friends with, but we didn't like her very much because her mom was scary and she was clingy. We would tell her that it was a two person game when she asked to play with us so that we wouldn't have to include her. When I became better friends with the girl, I realized she hadn't changed at all, and while I liked her, and was a lot less mean, she still holds a grudge 10 years later. My best friend and I have apologized countless times, and still, while we're civil, we are no longer friends. So, Karla, I'm sorry for our cruelty towards you when we were younger and we hope you can forgive us someday. =)

He sees the worst of me much too frequently.
I think he's actually telling little pink lies to avoid my "worst". Which doesn't make any sense at all because I always find out and I'm suddenly upset about something I never would have been upset about to begin with.
Is there something sweet about that (him, I mean)?

Knowing what I know now.... My Mother is the one that I would have been extra nice to. I now have 3 children and I am really reaping what I sewed.
