It is hard to say, but I'll be that they either caught some sort of stomach bug, or they had some bad food.
Make sure they both get plenty of liquids. If the vomiting continues for more than a few hours, the if your baby sister is indeed a baby, she will start to dehydrate and need medical attention.

there are many reasons they could be vomiting, food poisoning or stomach flu are just two reasons, you need to get them to a doctor. In the mean time try to get them to eat crackers and drink ginger ale or 7up. and if your baby sis is an infant or toddler she needs some pedialyte so she doesn't become dehydrated. good luck

They have a 'bug' of some sort. Get the Lysol out and disinfect everything. Keep your fingers out of your nose/mouth. If they can't keep anything down (fluids) after a day or so, call physician for treatment so no one gets dehydrated.

They need to see a doctor, go to the clinic, quick care... If they don't hurry, your mom, baby sis, and YOU will ALL be throwing up... Take charge and try to find a way to get them to the docs.
