Depends on what anime you like watching.
I'm from the old school, so great characters like the ones from Voltron, Gatchaman, Speedracer, Robotech, Ninja Scroll, Akira, Vampire Hunter D, Ronin Warriors, Martian Successor Nadesico, and Wicked City doesn't even register with kids today. Which is sad. They are really missing out.

If you include Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children as an anime, I would say Cloud Strife or Tifa Lockhart.
They look so real it's amazing!
Otherwise I would say Kaneda (off of Akira)
or
Gene Starwind (Outlaw Star). There are also a lot of hot nudie girls with big boobs in there too!
