Biology is a trip, isn't it? There is that instinct you have to select a male that will make the best mate; ultimately yielding the best life for you and making the optimal children. Not that you are consciously think that way, but it is interesting that you find the intelligence sexy. The primal instinct would yield to the sexy jock for many women. Congradulations, you may have evolved beyond that.
I, in turn, look desirablly at women who portray sexual characteristics and mentality in the same way. Pam Anderson would be a good one niter, but her values and intelligence may be questionable to me long term. I guess big breasts and curvy hips suggest a good mate biologically, but we need something more now, don;t we?

It could be because intelligence often suggests success or potential. Or maybe its that intelligence can be intimidating.
Regardless, you better be careful here in the Science & Math section. There seem to be a lot of intelligent guys, and I would not want you to get overly aroused.

Because you know they can read you like a book and if they do and your eyes meet then.......a look will say it all if both are smart. I know that is true with me and all the smart women I know feel the same. Intelligence tells others that yeah, I get it. and I want to see what your ideas will lead to.

Honey, I'm right there with ya! It's who you are to find out who you think would be sexy. I find smart men sexy also! And for all the guys out there reading this needs to know that "dumb" is a big turn off for MOST girls/women. Girl, just keep on with thinking that! They're usually the ones that bring in the big bucks b/c of their smarts! (Trust me, I have one!)

Because your tiny brain is wired by evolution to look for something to help your offspring survive and that's more likely with intelligence than being able to play football!
(especially rappers --- they are eliminating themselves from the gene pool -- they can't even stand themselves so there is no evolutionary advantage to being able to rap!)
