IS is true that aliens haunts the other side of the moon? IS it ture that they scared the **** out of US president that he lost the nerve to explore further? whoever he may be

First, there is no "dark side" of the moon, at least not permanently...a lunar day is about 2 weeks long, so sooner or later light is going to fall (except for a couple of craters in the polar regions, but those aren't 'sides'!)
The FAR side of the moon has been mapped by soviet and american probes since the late '50s. So far, no little green men or big black slabs, sorry!
The big problem for exploration, at least in NASA's case, is lack of money and vision. It took Spaceship One and Genesis I just to make the agency look into public space travel. And recent resignations from NASA because of it's haphazard planning doesn't bode well for future success.

Did you know that the Russians were the first to take a picture of the DSOM, with a spacecraft called Luna 3?
The pictures were *really* crappy due to transmission problems.
It can be hard to find good pictures of the "back side". Here's one:

what i think is that there is nothing back there. the moon does rotate, but so slow that when i goes around the earth, it does one revolution. the dark size potted by nothing but craters since that is the side that faces away the most, all incoming astroids, meteors, and other unknowns are caught and hit there. there is a dark side because the only side we see on just the same side that's seen.

They say it's too hot by the bright side to live.. for us humans at least and the landing on the moon at 1969 was fake.

You need to read Richard Belzer's - UFO's, JFK and Elvis ! There's nothing about Elvis but, the sections on landing on the moon and having a " bell ringing sound "( on landing ) and being asked NOT to return ~ is creepy ! NASA covered up this occurrance and WE stopped going for that reason ! This book is super fast reading and you"ll want to share it - it's really cool !
