It can be done with a minimum of hard feelings if it is part of the natural flow of a conversation. If you want to discuss your own personal religious beliefs then wait until religion comes up in the conversation and start talking about what you believe.

most of the time I don't. Only if it is brought up through another conversation. Work takes priority unless I am at breaktime and then I am usually talking about something else. Yes I definitely will if it comes up. Most people have wrong ideas about religion.

I do not, and I would not encourage anyone to do so. Spiritual beliefs are personal and private, and should remain in that realm.
