YES....(precum) or pre-ejaculatory fluid is a clear, mucus-like liquid that can be expelled through the urethra and out of the tip of the penis during male sexual arousal. It is secreted from the Cowper glands, and may contain both sperm and STDs. There is no way to control precum, and the amount can vary from man to man and situation to situation.

Pre-ejaculatory fluid prepares the urethra for the passage of semen by neutralizing acidity due to any residual urine. It also lubricates the movement of the penis in the vagina and the foreskin over the glans. The amount of fluid that the human male can issue varies widely between individuals, from imperceptible amounts to a copious flow. Thus some people think that it is not present and it is such a minute amount that they can not see or feel.

Not always, and sometimes it happens without full ejaculation. However, there is always a good chance there will be some stray sperm in there, so pulling out before the final event may be too late--glove up

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/khwtE

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

It's kind of like an ambassador to make sure everythin gis OK.

As should something go wrong, there are 50,000 sperm cells to get the job done.

Yup! No shame in that either - it's just to lubricate the urethra for incoming semen so there won't be that sliding-on-a-waterslide-with-no-water effect.
