I can tell the diference in a kick, and a hiccup, but I'm not sure what to think about it quivering, I've been feeling it for a while now, but haven't asked my doctor because i just got one(long story) and I see him next week, I just want to know if I should be worried or not?? Is it normal to feel this?

Hey! I feel that too! I'm 25 weeks, and nowadays I'm feeling a lot more kicks and punches and rolls, but all I used to feel was the baby occasionally "shivering". I make my two-year-old laugh when I imitate for him what it feels like the baby's doing when she shivers like that. It's like a tiny seizure? I've often wondered what that would look like on the ultrasound.

No, don't worry, it's completely normal.

perfectly normal movement.
I completely understand what you mean. mine did too and he had hiccups all the time. people used to tell me that is what it was.
sometimes it is like a flutter sometimes it feels like the baby just got the willlies.

i think sometimes the baby has a lot of fun flipping around in there. the doctor has said it is likely due to him swimming around in there. i'm not sure i bought the explanation but the baby was just fine.

No, it's just the baby moving. It sometimes does feel like a quiver.

I know EXACTLY what you're talking about! It's like a shiver...quickly shaking. I don't know exactly what the baby is doing when they do that, but mine does that, too! I spoke to two of my friends who have been pregnant and they BOTH said it happened to them. That made me feel so much better...because all I could think about was "seizure." So, I hope that info eases your mind, too. Best of luck with the rest of your pregnancy!!!

ask your doctor. if its different from when it kicks and moves, then you might be worried. but it could just be you having gas?

These are actually called "flutters" and they are perfectly normal. Don't worry.
