or have someone come to your home when they want and search through it?
Or maybe just have a listening device planted on your phone and surveilence cameras on your property for the police to keep track of you?
Maybe even have every piece of mail you send from your home, letters and packages, opened and searched.
If you have nothing to hide it should be ok.....

So, you want to throw the 3rd Amendment out with the 4th?

As to the "nothing to hide" argument, here's an analogy for those who don't get it:

A total stranger breaks into your home, sits down on your couch, and starts watching your TV. If you don't have anything to hide, why should that bother you. Just because it's criminal shouldn't matter if no actual harm is done.

One more. A person sneaks into the US. They don't tell the INS they're here. They get a job, pay all their taxes, pay rent, and otherwise live their life without anyone knowing they're an illegal alien. So what's the problem. Just because it's criminal shouldn't matter if no actual harm is done.

Just kidding again, i don't think you are a terrorist. Just an opinionated person

Jefferson didn't like that idea.

Amendment III
No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

It reminds me of this Sci-Fi book I read once when I was younger. It was about the end of the World and how the Anti-Christ was leading our country and the government was watching us in our homes and if we did anything they were against then they would murder us. Kind of sounds like wants going on right now or what is to be soon. Scary.

Bush is Anti Constitution ("It's just a piece of paper") and I have no idea how someone who is against the Constitution can be elected! He obviously lied when he took the oath, not once but twice!

No soul living in the USA is free, they do not have liberty, they are nothing more than slaves.
When it comes to defending God given rights, we are nation of cowards. This not the land of the free. The USA is a police state. Welcome to Red Dawn!
