You can't make them go away without surgery the only thing you can do is shrink them by using a hemmorhoid cream or suppository. Also wiping with a witch hazel or one of the brands of wet toliet paper helps. My Doctor also recommended washing the area with only a mild soap like dove. If they are really troublesome you should go to a doctor even though it is embarrassing its horrible to live with that kind of pain especially if they itch, burn, and/or are bleeding.

Of course some of the answer already given help. If you don't want hassle of sugary or expense of application than here is suggest that may help increase the amount of fiber in your diet. My favorite way to do this is eating wholewheat muffins. 2 cups of Whole wheat flour 1heaping spoonfull of baking soda one egg the amount of water will very on flour and it's freshness. Try for mixture that looks like pancake batter. Start with one and a half cups of lukewarm water add more or less till you get something easy to pour but not too watery. cook in 425 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes makes about 14 muffins. You could add two tablespoons of
honey if you want to. I'm not related nor have any financial ties just like products one place has. At Bob's Red Mill Inn you can get dehydrated egg whites. As stated you can't make them go away without going under the knife. The above just makes it easier to live with them. If you start seeing a lot of blood see a doctor.

Hemmorhoid cream... there are some good brands over the counter. Try Preparation H. They have some soothing wipes as to use in between cream applications. This works well for the hubby.
