You sound responsible.Sex isn't a good thing 2 b doing at 16. I'm 16 also and I'm not going to have sex until I'm 18. That way I'm getting close 2 bing out of school, I'mstarting adulthood, and I'm thinking about the responsiblility of what might happen. She also sounds like she's trying 2 rush u 'cause that's all she wants. She might dump u after if u do. It sounds like all she want's is what uve got not who u r. You aren't doing anything wrong. Sex is a very intimate/mental/and physical decision. Never have sex if you feel pressured or uncomfortable. Personally I'd wait until you are atleast 18 to have sex because then you are considered an adult, and can make your own choices for yourself(atleast that's the law in U.S) Explain to your gf the consequences of sex, like getting her pregnant/std's etc. If she loves you, she'll understand and appreciate your ideas. If she says "I want to have sex, and I want it now." I would dump her---Yes, usually this is the vs.versa roll where the woman is asking this question--but still You are looking out for her well being and your own---so make the right choice and say no.

Congratulations, you are doing the right thing. You are too young to have sex. You know the enormous responsibilities that can be caused by it. If she doesn't respect your wishes tell her goodbye. She should be proud of your adult decision and respect it.

if you do not want to have sex yet, just simply tell her that you are not ready. just make sure that you tell her its not because of her, that you like her, but that you are wanting to wait to have sex,if she likes you she will understand, if she brakes uup with you all she wants is sex. whenever you do have sex please for your own sake where a condom. DO NOT HAVE SEX with out protection. Good Luck.

No you're not wrong for that. If you feel like you're not ready then you don't have to do it. If she loves you then she will accept that and wait.
