nearsightedness (myopia) is caused by the shape of your eyeball, not a vitamin deficiency.

Nothing will help your vision except prescription eyeglasses - the lenses will correct your focal point, or laser surgery, which physically changes the shape of the lens in your eye so you won't need glasses.

there are vision supplements that are advertised as preventing macular degeneration, but that's a different story.

you see better. If you're too vane for
glasses, let him try you on "contact
lenses".
