If the answer to these three queastions is yes then the answer is yes.
1. is the bolt pattern the same(does the wheel fit on the Rover hub?
2. does the tire rub when you turn the wheel to full stop each direction?
3. is there enough clearance for the tire to travel up when you hit a bump?
