I don't know why you are worried about this.

You SHOULD be worried about the Reptilian Humanoids.

Well over 55% of all Americans have a hard time beleiving 9/11, Building 7, Steven Jones Nanothermite. Then we see on Frontline how far they really did go, and I think we all got the answer from contencious. See the constitution did no longer exist, to Mr Bush and Cheney and who ever conspired with them. Fear had gripped them and they were willing to do anything, which is horrable, or they planned everything, from day 1. For me the first 2yrs after 9/11 were the hardest, nowadays Im just sitting back saying see I knew it. Truth is like a breathing neverending body in this world, it does not die and always is there. You just have to want to find it bad enough......

the gov listens to suspected activities of terrorist communicating with someone in usa....get it straight for the 8 millionth time.

Get it straight is right. Anyone who believes that this unconstitutional and unlawful government, would limits it's constitutional tarts or violations to incoming call's only has missed the boat all together. What people do not understand is all citizens of the USA are considered terrorist. Thanks to the War Powers Act of 1933. If this goverment was concerned about the people their money would be not fake.

I think if they're going to do something so reprehensible and against the very nature of freedom that they'd at least have the decency to do it according to the draconian laws that are already on the book.

And in honor of Pastor Martin Niemöller:

First they came for the 6th Amendment, but I hadn't been accused of a crime, so I didn't object to denial of counsel.

Then they came for the 4th Amendment, but I wasn't talking to anyone overseas, so they wouldn't be monitoring me.

Then they came for the rest of the 4th Amendment, but I only called my mother, so there was nothing suspicious in my phone records.

Then they came for the 1st Amendment, but I never associated with criminals, so I didn't worry about being convicted purely based on what other people might do.

Then they came for the 14th Amendment, but I never really understood the rules for Due Process (and wasn't allowed an attorney), so I didn't object.

Then they came for the rest of the 1st Amendment, but I never told anyone about what the government was doing, so again I remained silent.

Then they came for the 5th Amendment, ...... and I no longer had the right to remain silent.

I doubt they are listening to me, since I don't have any ties to terrorists in any foreign countries, or in this one. They can only eavesdrop on a communication between a person in this country if they are talking to somebody in a foreign country without a warrant...this is just another stab at misinformation using smoke and mirrors to call all the liberals to arms for yet another worthless cause...the better question is..why do liberals attack patriots and hug terrorists?

A Federal judge has already declared that unconstitutional.

No problem.

Besides, I'm not making any calls to the Middle East.
