those who puts others down, have such low self esteem that they're continuously trying to live others lives. they're so unhappy with their own. they're jealous type people , not good to put your trust in., they tend to seek out others who are weak in order to make theirselves appear strong. but theyre really just very unhappy people, cowards at the least.

Oh yes. Everytime someone tells me about someone who is a jerk or insults others I just told them to think about where they learned that behavior.
Those who abuse others were most likely abused themselves. They have such a low self esteem that the only way they can make themselves feel better at all is to put others down. That way they can have the illusion of being better than them. But that is short lived.
There is no excuse for people who abuse others by putting them down or by other means. But there is often times an explanation.

Right, those are useless, nothing, sinking in their negative opinions, Those can't take any positive action even to themselves so just IGNORE.

well it depends, when i put down someone it's for reasons with that individual. its like when someone loses a job and they start becoming a homeless or poor and then I see them like that. I make fun of them so badly that the next year I see them driving to my house with thier own car thanking me for being a dick to them and that eventually made them do something with thier lives. so it just depends. if you just make fun of thier clothing or if they like playing cards then that is wrong.

I think some people think if they put some one else down it will make them look smarter. it only hurts others, they can not be trusted,
they can be smart in other ways.
