There's a large possibility that you are not pregnant....not everyone gets "sick" during pregnancy. You may not be getting enough nutrition, though, that could be why you are tired, you're period is late, and it feels as though you are running a fever. As for the eating a lot, it could be that you are getting sick (or haven't had enough nutrition over a period of time) and it's your bodies response to a possible infection. Try eating better, exercising (in the morning when you wake up, helps get adrenaline going so you won't be so tired..but if you think you are pregnant don't do anything but light cardio such as walking around the block, etc...) and sleeping on a regular schedule (i.e. go to bed at 9 and wake up at 7 everyday). But if you still haven't had your period after changing all this and two weeks has gone by (the hormone won't show up until 4 wks. gestation), take a pregnancy test. If you get a positive result, the line will probably barely be visable, but go ahead and call your doctor for an appointment just to be sure...if you start your period before the appointment, go anyways because it could be implantation bleeding. Good luck!

Your really need to take a test, because some of your symptoms match and some are just not seen this early, like increased hunger (which is usually not until the second trimester). If you do not want to use a home pregnancy test, make an appointment and get a blood test.

The only way to find out for sure is to take a pregnancy test and then if that comes out positive give your GYN a call and set up an appointment.

Sounds like it could be pregnancy especially with the tiredness and your delayed period,a pregnancy test would clarify it by now.
