Open Internet Explorer (even though it will tell you it can't connect) go to tools, internet options, and setup. There is a wizard to guide you through the connection.

If you have a wireless router sometimes you need to turn the box off and then restart it. Something about it getting all backed up. If you have cox all you have to do is call the number and they will tell you exactly what to do. Hope this helps.

you need to give more details then that inorder to get any real help. like are you trying to connect wirelessly or using a wire?
are you dooing it at home or at a public hotspot?
are you using a pc or a mac?
