That's a really good question. Here's another one to think about. Have the thousands of Hezbollah and Palestinian soldiers captured by the Israelis in the past year been released? Just something to ponder.

No, they have not been returned, and that is the main reason Isrealis, especially the soldiers, are furious with the Isreali government.
