It got a 6.5 out of 10 from CNet Asia:

The good: Comfortable contoured design; dual displays; FM radio; pleasing connectivity options; supports MP3 ring tones.

The bad: Expensive given its feature-set; mediocre multimedia features; no USB cable included; only 4.4MB internal memory and no expansion slot.

The bottom line: An incremental improvement over the 6101, the 6103 is well-suited to those after a basic feature-set. Multimedia junkies and fashionistas need not apply.

The Nokia 6103 is almost identical to T-Mobile's Nokia 6101. The 6103 has a slightly different color scheme than the 6101 and adds Bluetooth support and a 4X-zoom camera. For the full story, please see our review of the Nokia 6101. The Nokia 6103 is available for $169, but it will be cheaper with service.

It is a good phone for the price. It's 49.99 with new service at tmobile or for customers upgrading. It has FM radio, camera, video capture, speakerphone, and the added bluetooth feature over its predecessor the 6101. If you're looking for a phone full of features for a good price this certainly is the phone. That and nokia phones get the best reception on tmobile's network and they are very durable and reliable. That being said I don't really like nokia phones but it's still not a bad phone.

Big & bulky, but virtually indestructable. I have taken mine through the wash, dropped it at least 20 times, and it still works fine with clear reception.
