I didn't want to start this 14 day free trial before getting this question answered. If I start the free trial, is there a way to cancel my subscription before I have to start paying? If so, what would you have to do?

Excuse me, sorry. Forgot to mention, the trial is rhapsody. Sorry about that.

Before the trial is up, on the 13th day at the absolute latest, phone or email the company and tell them you don't want the package. The way these trial packages are usually set-up, you have to tell them you don't want it, if the company doesn't hear from you, their assumption is you do want it. The trial won't simply end at the start of the 15th day and you'll have no service, service will continue and the billing will commence.
