I put black tile marble for my countertops and put 4 coats of the standard sealant.Now it is peeling and chipping! I hate it.My husband just want to put a paste wax on it but what is safe. ( HELP) HAHAHA! teresa

never seen marble in 4" r u sure its not ceramic tile? but if ur sure its marble, go to lowes or other and tell them u want them to order u the sealer made just for marble.....i get mine from a place thats sells granite, try a place like that in ur area.......

i know it sounds gruesome but contact the local monument company they have polished stone and sealed it for years and know the best products or systems i would use a good waterproofing sealer from any depot or lowes like it was a concrete deck but theres probably a better way ask the stone polishers at the monument company
