Well, as long as we are complaining, your spelling leaves a lot to be desired. It is warmer in the south which is why they move there. I thought that was obvious, but perhaps not. BTW, "there accent sux" is meaningless in English. Perhaps a little schooling would help you some.

The yanks come down south because of the horrible cold weather in their home states.
They bring money my friend and spend it here in on southern soil in the beautiful sunny south.
