From my desk in front of the window I see an active volcano covered by snow and a little closer, a white small but modern town. Far away, on the eastern mountains, I can see the taller buildings of the Andean city, floating over the clouds.

If I look to the left from my little balcony (glorified fire escape), I can see the peaks of the other houses in nighttime shadow, the tops of a few large trees, and then the New York City skyline across the Hudson River. Since I'm up high I can only see the tallest buildings: the Chrysler Building and the Empire State Building, among others. The Empire State Building is lit up in all white tonight. It changes every day.

I see a weathered light blue wooden fence about 5 feet high, with a blue recycle bin and a brown garbage can sitting a few feet from the fence. inside the fence is a blue weathered house, in the yard, in the corner of the fence is a very bushy tree that makes it hard to see if cars are coming from the other direction.
when the sun hits the windows of this house it reflects kind of blinding me a little. Behind the house I can see the roof of an old church that is no longer in use.
That is the best I can do for you have fun!!

Other peoples apartments, some lit some dim. The sky is mauve and the lit apartments show different scenes of daily life in New York. I can see a woman in front of her computer typing. An old man smoking a cigar on his patio. An embassy desk lamp, lighting an empty room. A huge apartment with a man facing the blue light of a television. The orange glow of street lights from below show the taxis driving by.

If I lean a bit to the left, I can just see the Hudson river.

Two dogs in my front yard doing it. Describe?... german shepard on cocker spaniel, so pretty one-sided, kind of scary, hope the cocker spaniel will make it through ok. Uh oh, the other window shows some other dogs coming up the street, they seem pretty interested, gonna' close the blinds now.

My home is on a hill that looks down on a small industrial area in the valley below... with another hillside behind that. It's a pretty view of the opposite hillside... especially during sunset. Also, the San Diego Chargers football training camp is located in the industrial area below. So I sit in a beach chair and watch them practice from my back yard. :)

I see the evening rays filtering through a sprawling oak tree that survived Hurricane Rita. So many didn't. Our son's tire swing hangs happily on one side, awaiting his return to play. Hanging from the opposite side is the Adirondack swing my husband hung for evenings just like this. It makes me thankful to see the stability of that old tree that personifies the strength of our family.

Trees. Lots of trees. Oak, Pine, and just beyond them, the mountains in the background. Sun is getting ready to set and has turned everything kind of blue-gray in the haze, except for the portion of the sky where it still shines, turning that part orange, magenta and periwinkle.

Actually i have many trees outside of my apartment and there are some electric lines. I had just discovered that when the trees blow and hit the lines it gets shocked and little fire and smoke come out.

I seriously need to tell the manager..That isn't suppose to happen... right?
