I say Shattered Mirror. Paranormal Fiction is my personal favorite.
Shattered Mirror is a vampire novel written by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes, and published in 2001 when the author was 17. W. B. Yeats’ poem "The Two Trees", which references broken glass, appears in the beginning of the book, and is the inspiration for the title.

You can buy books at your library? Are you going to a book sale or something?
Get what you like- check out the romances, the thrillers, etc.
If you like romance, try Nora Roberts or Barbara Delinsky
If you like thrillers, try Dan Brown, Clive Cussler, Tom Clancy
If you like chick lit try Fannie Flagg, Rebecca Wells
If you like lit for teens try Meg Cabbott.
WHAT library SELLS books, anyway?

Shattered Mirror or A Certain Slant Of Light. The others aren't that great, btw.

Libraries normally don't charge you to check out books. Get as many as you can! I personally recomend fiction, and more specifically fantasy.

If you are old enough to read romance you should be old enough to pick out the book that appeals to you the most.
