She had an older step brother and an older step sister.I actually thought it was the mom or the older brother.I don't think that idiot in Thailand did it.I think hes after his 15 mins. of fame. I still don't understand why they didn't find her till 5am.Don't people check on their kids when they go to bed.I do. I also don't see how she could be beaten and sexually assualted w/o anyone hearing her.I remember once somebody had a baby in a store and the kid fell flat on the floor the sound of the heat hitting the floor sounded like a melon bursting open.Somebody would have heard it.

I've thought about it. I don't think the teacher they picked up was the killer. I just don't see how anyone could get into that house that I'm sure was on an alarm system and kill that little girl without anyone hearing anything. If I hear a bump in the night, my mind immediately focuses on my son. Who knows. The whole thing was weird. I don't think the mother could kill her trophy of a child. When I saw the videos of that little girl dressed up like an adult, it made me sick.

No I don't think he could have done it. He was only like 12 at the time, and to carry her down the stairs - unconscious it would have been like carrying a sack of potatoes. Plus the garrote that was around her neck was SO tightly twisted that it was embedded in her neck to the point that they could not see it at first. Plus, his DNA was taken and did not match what was found at the scene.
I also don't think the guy who confessed did it either. I think he was obsessed by her (and it turns out by Polly Klass as well). I think that he is mentally unstable (he has those child pornography charges in California, wasn't it) and looking for his chance in the spotlight. I do think that he may truly believe that he did it. But, his story has too many holes, and inconsistencies in it.
I'm not sure we'll ever find out who really killed her.

Hi,,, i dont think he was the killer,,,, but,,,, i was listening to a show and they said that Jon B,,, was sexually molested for up to and including 72 hours before she died,,,, now,, think about that,,,
How could that have happened????? without someone knowing about it????? This was in the coroners report....so its not made up.....
There is something we do not know about this case... Big Time....

I don't think her brother killed her, he was only 9 years old at that time. I have no idea who did kill her, but hope we all find out someday.

there was a French film with exactly this scenario, stepbrother kills little sister. mother takes this killer with her in a car and drives off a cliff. so , these things happen. poor little girl. killed like an animal.
