Well, first of all, demographically speaking, you might just need to shower twice a day to be as close to 100% fresh as possible. (I moved from N. Texas, to SE Georgia & I've been doing that ever since.) ALSO, you need a "dry stick" deodorant for SURE. Try Degree, it's great. Maybe you're not washing long enough. You could be jumping outta the shower and into dirty sheets, which might have some effect. And dust some baby powder over your body straight outta the shower to minimize sweating. (Especially, in high friction areas ... ie: under the arms, behind the knees, between the thighs, etc.) Another thing ... maybe you just have bad body odor from your age. OR from something you eat on a regular basis, OR it could just be a hormone imbalance, which you can talk to a Dr about and they can prescribe something for it. Hope that helps!!

It could be what you are eating and drinking. But it also could be your perfume. Sometimes our body chemistry changes and things that once worked well now don't. Perfumes can change on people. It can smell good at first, but after a length of time it can change. Recently I had to stop using conditioner because halfway throught the day my hair would get very greasy. I also had to switch deoderant because mine stopped working. My thyriod has been messed up for years and now that I started medicine everything has changed and my grooming habits have had to change to keep up.

Sometimes you smell because you don't get enough water to flush toxins. Diet has a lot to do with oder too. Meat and excess sugars can cause real bad smelling body oder!
It's natural to start smelling by the next day though. I'd get rid of the lotion and use Extra Virgin Olive Oil for moisturizer. It's natural and won't plug your sweat glands up like lotion will.
Also if you clean too much of the natural bacteria off your skin, you can start smelling bad too.

Many times people have interactions with the body-care products that they use. Any odor is a combination of the scent created and the reaction of the person using it. This is a matter of a simple chemical reaction.
You may want to try alternate soaps, perfumes and the like, and find one that does not interact negatively with your body.

Take a shower everyday. A lot of the lotions and perfumes have bad ingredients that work against your natural body makeup, so they can smell one way in the bottle and differently when on your skin.

Dove is a very gentle soap. When my son was a baby he had that baby acne. I washed his face with Dove soap because it is gentle and... well I thought that is what babies needed. His doctor said No way, Dove was not strong enough to kill germs and suggested that I use regular Dial soap. I did and within a few days all of the acne was gone never to return. Maybe you also need something stonger, try Dial soap!

If you are talking about B.O. then I would consider a zinc supplement. People who are deficient in Zinc will have bad body odor. A lot of times their feet will smell also.
Try buying it at a health food store as it will be fresh as well as natural. If it were me, I would take one 15 or 20 mg. tablet, twice a day.
Good luck
