Spray shaving cream on their hands and tickle their nose with a feather. The person will try to stratch their nose and smack themselves in the face with a handful of shaving cream. Or you could put their hands in warm water so they'll pee on themselves. Never pass out when I'm around.

My neighbors kids pissed me off.
One night someone purchased a box of light blue clothing dye and threw it in their pool.
The obnoxious little brats looked like smurfs for a month.
Light blue is not seen in the water because it is the color of the liner.
I have also sat outside someones house with a remote control that worked their TV.
Change the channels and turn down the volume.
If they turn it off turn it on again

MAKE-UP!!!! Always a must! Or if u wanna do something else... if they r on a hard floor duct tape 'em to the floor! Tape their fore heads down then work ur way down to the feet. when they wake up they will have no idea why they cant get up, or u can make a mixture of Kool-Aid and water and dump it on them.(be careful it stains) Oh yeah white-out is really hard to get off!

It's not very nice to do, but the age old trick of putting the person's hand in warm water. They loose control of their bladder.

My mom and i had put A LOT of make up on my uncle when he was passed out, when he woke up he was gonna go to the store to buy some more beer! but my mom stoped him because she didn't want him to get a lot of stares, so she just told him what we did,.....he screamed!

a) shave a line in their hair
b) shave off an eyebrow
c) dip their hand in warm water, making them pee
d) pile furniture and random stuff on top of them
e) draw on their face in permanent marker
