Drinking lots and lots of H20 for great skin and hair
Taking Calcium supplements for strong bones (gotta prevent Osteoporosis in the future...)
Using Moisterizer (for your skin tone) after washing your face daily and keeping your body skin soooo soft by using a great body lotion each and every time you shower...

Neutrogena soap and peroxide toothpaste. Sleeping 8 hours or more a night, and not allowing myself to get too hungry.
