Probably not. A species of frog lives on both sides of a Western mountain range and it was discovered that they have been separated long enough that they can no longer procreate with the frogs on the other side of the mountain even though all other signs say they are still the same species. Procreating with an alien species would be impossible and probably fatal for both because of the microbes we carry.

Animals of the same species can procreate. If they had the same genetic makeup, they would be the same species

I guess it would depend on how "almost exact" you're talking about. There's only a 7% difference between us and monkeys.

It would depend on their method of egg fertilization. If the sexual organs were similar, including their sperm and eggs, it should be possible.

Assuming that we are "made in His image", and that other worlds were also created by Him, then we probably share similar genetics. So I would assume the answer would be yes.
