in some areas there is a store called DEB, and they carry clothes like that. Here is a link to their home site so you can try and find a store near you.

that's just a regular old jean skirt with a peasant shirt , you would no doubt find them at any thrift store , since they are based on a 70's look or go a fabric store I'm absolutely positive they have the skirt there , and the top too ... good luck
