Anal sex is not recomended at any time. It can cause tears in your colon, which can later lead to cancer. It can also be a means of transfer for bacteria normally found in the lower digestive tract to the vagina and urinary tract, where they can cause infections that WOULD be dangerous for your baby. Unless you have a high risk pregnancy and your doctor explicitly told you that you could not have vaginal intercourse, you can still get all the pleasure you need.
