Pinpointing specific changes is not truly possible, for each of us have options and choices about situations not yet known to us.
Chances are, as you age you will change your definition of love, value friendship more than you do at this point and become more interested in others than in yourself.
As you age, your priorities will change depending upon your level of maturity. You will understand experience--and how you deal with it--counts more than wealth when it comes time to measure your joys.
You will learn the difference between happiness and joy; happiness is triggered by external events and, therefore, transient. Joy wells up from your heart and expresses itself in unshakeable serenity.
As you age, you will understand the difference between wisdom and intelligence; and, you will be willing to accept full responsibility for your actions and the consequences of those actions.
You will gradually lose the need to control the actions of others.
You understand the value of discernment. You will learn to avoid circumstances and people that bring out the worst in you.
Many things that capture your attention now will be distant memories in fifteen years; chances are your friends will be chosen more for their effect on your heart than for wealth and charisma.
Your belief system will change, to a degree.
Depending on the way you react to loss and pain --and there will be loss and pain--you will develop an inner peace and strength you cannot yet fathom.
You learn to analyze failures and disappointments, seeking the lesson you needed to learn from the experience.
You will, hopefully, have a finely-tuned spirit of play. This is absolutely necessary for contentment. You laugh often.
----'m sure others can add to this; I'd love to see their input. Yours, too!

The only thing you can be sure of is death. Not everyone makes it to adulthood. Death is the only thing that is inevitable. Not even birth as some don't make it out of the womb alive.
