Usually you choose a nickname based on a person's personality, or special quirk. Something which makes Justin, Justin.
For example, Justin Timberlake bears some interesting nicknames....

What kind of a personality does he have? You could also go with a nickname that would fit his personality.
If he is as cool as you state maybe Cool J.
Or maybe just the letter T. Therefore you would say Hey T.

Justin is already a nickname for Justinian. shop lowering it and also you ultimately end up calling him Ju. interior the south he might want to then be talked about as Ju-boy. those selections might want to be frustrating.

hmm.
justin is a hard name to make a nick for unless he wants to be called Tintin =p
try doing something with his last name. either call him by his last name, or shorten it, or whatever.
you can make something out of an attribute he has. for example, if hes a great bball player, you can call him Shaq or something
