I don't think you should fix it..
Get some professional help.. It would just make the matter worse.
Well as for SIM card rejected..
It means you have inserted a wrong SIM card on your phone..
What I mean by that is.. If you have Tmobile phone, you can't insert a Cingular SIM on it.. It has to be unlocked 1st..
Or try restarting your phone.. Sometimes it just need to reboot.
Or maybe you entered a wrong password too many times..
It will lock your phone and SIM..
These are just precatiuos..

Do what any smart person would do chuck your Cingular/T-mobile phone out the window and get a good one like a U.S. Cellular phone!

Um.. nicely this doesnt continually artwork, yet you may positioned it in a bag of rice, so the rice will soak all the water up. yet ascertain you place tape over all the openings (charger, usb) so the rice doesnt get caught in them.
