have you ever a touch dial on the round veiwer each in certain situations its so ordinary as that, also pull out the usb cable and attempt back watch for a wee even as it may grant you with tricks?? wish you get looked after sweetie. xx

try reinstalling your cam, this way it is bound to be fixed. Sometimes
one needs to choose there cam in a list of sources, so make sure your cam model is listed, then select it and hit apply/ok.

Did you install drivers for you camera?
Do not use Microsoft drivers. Try to search for the drivers for your camera.
