What's coming out of you is just a shield for the little guys... they will swim free of the semen (which has mainly protection and protein to keep them strong and healthy) and will find their way to an egg if one is available. If you are really worried about it... then lay down and elevate your legs for about 15 minutes after sex and just relax. Good luck!!

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
You indicated that sperms come out. After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

That is normal. I wanted to have my daughter. Someone told me to prop my body against a wall at a 90 degree angle. Feet up, to give them extra swimming time. It worked first shot. I'm sure it would've anyway, but that is just a tip.
The same woman who told me that told me to not pee right after sex cuz it pushes too many back out. Who knows. But my baby girl is 2 1/2 now.

Well you need to make sure you have sex when you are ovulating. You ovulate around 14 days after your period.Start having sex two days before you ovulate and continue to have sex everyday or every other day until two days after ovulation.Make sure to stay laying down for at least 30 minutes after sex to ensure the sperm makes it's way up to where the eggs are.Elevate your hips if possible.Never use saliva as a lubricant because it can kill sperm, avoid using ky jelly. You need to find a sperm friendly lubricant.best of luck to you.

I read in a pregancy book that it is the old, defective sperm that come out after sex along with seminal fluids, and cervical mucus. Propping your hips up on a pillow for 20 mins. after is supposed to help fight gravity. I'm still with those who say if it is meant to happen, they'll get there despite the odds!

I've been doing the same also. I jus go to sleep after sex while his semen is inside of me and sometimes I'll even prop my legs up over him while he's asleep. Good luck in trying!

yes! those buggers can swim. You can also prop your but up on a pillow for a while to give them some extra time.
