like positioning your body so the water can flow over it perfectly, or any good ways to swing your arms to pull yourself through the water???

i could type a 10 page answer on this, there are MANY different ways to swim to make u get through the water faster. streamline, kick fast and hard, dont take very many breaths, like someone else said not much body hair, i could go ON AND ON so just join a swim team or somethin. hope i helped

You want to make you're body flowing like a fish, not like a stick. Flow with the water and try not to have a lot of your body over the water surface cuz that slows you down. For optimium results swim underwater fully submerged until you have to breath, but that is not allowed in compeditions.

No, because the word scientifical is not a real word, therefore it cannot be a way to swim.

As for the added details, there are ways to develop a more streamlined stroke, and the use of caps, attire, and no body hair also help.
