Labyrinth ha ha.
1) Is at the beginning before she enters the Labyrinth I think.
2) Is when she when she walks through the door (one of us always lies, one of us always tells the truth) and she falls down the hole. Then the hands catch her and they ask her if she wants to go up or down. She chooses down and ends up at the bottom of the pit. But she manages to get out again with the help of Hoggle.

They're both from Labyrinth. The first one is toward the beginning of the movie when Sarah meets Jareth for the first time shortly after the goblins have taken her half-brother, Toby. The second quote is from when she's falling through the hole after choosing the wrong door while in the labyrinth.
I think I've see this movie too many times.
