I had an e-Machine. It worked great!! It was affordable, dependable, did the job -- well!! It came with Windows Software, pre-installed... Set up easily. Was fast enough... Had enough storage... Never gave me any problems....

I had decent luck with one, but the CD burner went up after four years. Rather than deal with a gap in the box (the CD drive was integral with the case) I just added an external drive.
