Yes, but only if the recipient has Yahoo messenger with voice, and a phone # for that purpose.

i think you can do that on yahoo voice. yahoo will assign you a phone number. you need to have a microphone to speak into and speaker to hear. I tried that on my laptop, dialled the number from my cell phone and it worked.

You can't actually "call" them...computers don't even have phone numbers....but you can text a computer.

yes u can call ...if u have some phone number or virtual number assigned to that computer ....

virtual numbers are assigned using some voip callign softwares

try globe7.com

they give u free US number ...assigned to u r pc ....

if u have globe7 running in u r pc ...then anyone can call u from mobile or landline using that virtual number ..
