Things you could try:
* unplug the mouse from the computer and plug it back in
* replace the batteries if it has batteries
* restart your computer
* does your mouse have a reset button/system you could try?
* find another mouse temporarily to use

Have you tried putting the mouse in a different port? Or maybe you could actually GO TO BED, and buy a new one later.

Yes, you can't. Check the mouse cable to make sure it's plugged properly to the mother board. Restart your computer and you should be good to go.

anyways have you ever thought that it isnt plugged in right or maybe you were on the computer to long

Check the device driver:
Start,Settings, Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Driver, right-click on mouse and select Properties.
It will tell you if it is working.

First get some sleep then do this
1. plug it in,
clean it
and if not call a computer technition
also you can use the keys on the extream right as cursor control keys with num lock on
