Ok, honey, have you taken sex ed? If you want to penetrate a girl, yeah, you don't need to be rock hard, but you do need to be at least hard enough that if you press on the end of your dick it won't give way. Now, for easy positions, since you're a beginner, you might want to try either missionary or doggy style. Missionary is where she lies on her back spread eagle and you get into something of a push-up position only with your legs flat on the bed, and put your whole weight on your arms. Then you just guide your penis into her vagina and press in. Lubrication is recommended, and a condom is pretty much expected. And sweetheart, a six inch penis is pretty much average size, you still have some growing to do, and it's more than enough to do what you want to do. 6 inches is enough. but you see...women have this hole between their legs and you insert your penis in it and thats how you penetrate a girl. look up the word "penetrate" and thats what it means.
