If dosent smoke (that I can tell ) ideling or going down the road , just if I pass or get on it. Its black , not blue. Thanks

Black smoke means that your engine is running too rich as in it,s getting too much fuel. I would only be guessing as to what the problem might be so your best bet is to have it checked out and find out for sure instead of throwing a bunch of parts at it.

none of them give you the right answer when a 30 year tech says no problem makes you wonder where he worked it is not supose to smoke even when more fuel enters the engine change the oxygen sensor and it will solve the problem it is getting carbon built up on it and it is causeing it to send signals to the computer to change the fuel mixture

No problem found. In order for the engine to accelerate extra fuel is squirted in when the throttle plates turn rapidly. Vacuum drops extra fuel is needed to get the motor turning

It is running rich..black =rich blue=oil Whitish=bad!!!! It seems you have something running rich ...and I bet your gas mileage is way down!!!

Diesel or gas?

Diesel's do this with #2 fuel

Gas does this when yoiur choke is sticking or plugged air filter causing it to choke out.

a scan tool is a must to diagnois over rich conditions . have a tech to ck it.

hey mr sexy, your answer to my question is completely wrong. that's not very sexy...the 305 has a different stroke than the 350.
